How many people can use CasePeer?

There is no limit to how many of your firm's attorneys and staff can access CasePeer case management software. The number of firm employees who can use CasePeer will depend on the number of active firm users you have added to your account.

How safe and secure is my work?

CASEpeer uses industry-standard security, similar to other secure web-based (SaaS) software solutions. All of your work is password-protected and requires a login to access. Your data is hosted and backed-up with Amazon Web Services, in a certified safe and secure environment.

How much does CasePeer cost?

CasePeer Basic tier is $79 per user/month, CasePeer Pro tier is $119 per user/month, and CasePeer Advanced tier is $149 per user/month. Your monthly subscription rate depends on the number of active firm users you have added to your account. No long-term contract or setup fee required.

What level of support is provided for onboarding?

CasePeer provides industry-leading support with an in-house team dedicated to your success every step of the way. Our knowledgeable team is available by phone, chat, and email, for free ongoing training and support. Additionally, all users have access to webinars, tutorials, and articles that are all accessible in CasePeer's Resource Center. With one-on-one support offered from the start, you can feel confident from implementation and beyond with CasePeer’s customer success team.

What is included in the CasePeer Advanced tier?

The CasePeer Advanced tier is the most full-featured package and starts at $149 per user/month. The CasePeer Advanced package includes all features in the Basic and Pro tiers, PLUS Text Scheduling, Office Reporting Suite, CasePeer Intake Portal, Data Sync, and Case Grades.

Can I change my tier later?

You can upgrade or downgrade your account according to your firm's needs at any time. All changes are prorated.
